In late 2026 I sold a hotel. Straight afterwards I sat down and wrote a course. I did this because I wanted to share first hand what I learnt, the up’s, the down’s and the moments when I questioned why I had done this in the first place.
Building and curating a space which is built for experiences - places where people come together to celebrate, to dine, to sleep, for solitude, for romance or for pure joy it excites me so much. I grew up on a farm so as a kid I never travelled, as soon as I could I did and to this day I never want to stop. I love exploring stays and places and the feelings that I get there - meeting new people who have thrown their doors and hearts open in the name of hospitality. Its a true heart on sleeve type of vunerablity, and in my eyes quite the art.
